Aaron Mahler is an associate in the Washington, DC, office of BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Mahler represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions.
Before joining BuckleySandler, Mr. Mahler clerked for the Honorable Karen LeCraft Henderson of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and for the Honorable Daniel A. Barker of the Arizona State Court of Appeals. Mr. Mahler was also an associate with Hogan & Hartson LLP in Washington, DC.
Mr. Mahler received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2006 (Order of the Coif), where he was the Essays Editor on the Virginia Law Review. Mr. Mahler received a B.A. from Brigham Young University in 2003 (summa cum laude).
