Adam Nunziato is an associate in the Washington, DC office of BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Nunziato represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of litigation and regulatory compliance matters, including government enforcement actions and internal investigations.

Prior to joining BuckleySandler, Mr. Nunziato was a Trial Attorney in the Enforcement & Compliance Division and Litigation Division of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where he conducted investigations, brought enforcement actions, and litigated cases in federal court. At the OCC, Mr. Nunziato worked on numerous different matters involving insider transactions, mortgage fraud, embezzlement, unfair or deceptive acts or practices, corporate governance, problem bank supervision, bank closings, bank powers, preemption, and visitorial exclusivity. His OCC experience also includes working on a case argued before the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the OCC, Mr. Nunziato clerked for the Honorable Rebecca Beach Smith of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Nunziato received his J.D. in 2005 from Washington and Lee University School of Law (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) where he was a member of the Washington and Lee Law Review.  He received a B.A. from Columbia University in 1995.
