Donald T. Meier is an associate in the Washington, DC office of BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Meier’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions (including purchases and sales of mortgage loans and servicing rights), corporate governance, securities regulation, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and e-commerce and outsourcing agreements for financial services and other business entities.
Prior to joining BuckleySandler LLP, Mr. Meier was an associate at Dechert LLP for 6 years.
Mr. Meier received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2003 (cum laude), where he was a Senior Editor and Associate Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He received a B.A. from Villanova University in 1999 (summa cum laude), where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and an Editor-in-Chief of The Villanovan.
