Josh Kotin is an associate at BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Kotin works with financial institutions, banks, and mortgage companies on federal and state regulatory matters. He also advises clients on issues relating to consumer and commercial financial services and on enforcement matters and investigations brought by federal and state authorities.
During law school, Mr. Kotin served as a law clerk at the House Financial Services Committee. Prior to law school, Mr. Kotin was a legislative analyst at a political consulting firm in Washington DC, advising financial institutions on issues pertaining to bank capital standards and housing finance.
Mr. Kotin received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2009. He received his B.A. from Williams College in 2003.
