Kirk Jensen is a partner at BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Jensen's practice focuses on retail and commercial financial services. In particular, he represents a variety of financial services clients in litigation matters before federal and state courts, in administrative proceedings and in other enforcement matters and investigations brought by federal and state authorities.
Before joining BuckleySandler, Mr. Jensen was an attorney with Wilmer Cutler Pickering LLP in Washington, DC and with Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC in Charlotte, NC. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Jensen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Deanell Reece Tacha, Chief Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Jensen received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2000 (Order of the Coif; Research Editor, Duke Law Journal; J. Paul Coie Scholar) and his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1995 (cum laude, nominated to Phi Kappa Phi).
