Lanique A. Eubanks is a staff attorney in the Washington, DC, office of BuckleySandler LLP. Ms. Eubanks has worked with clients concerning a variety of enforcement, litigation and regulatory matters, including analysis of home mortgage data for financial institutions. She is a regular contributor to the “Fair Lending” chapter of the Consumer Financial Services treatise published by Law Journal Press/Incisive Media and edited by BuckleySandler partners, Benjamin B. Klubes and Andrew L. Sandler.
Ms. Eubanks received a J.D. from The American University Washington College of Law in 2006 and a B.A. from Tufts University in 1999. Ms. Eubanks was a member of the Administrative Law Review. In addition, Ms. Eubanks was a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard D. Bennett, United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
