Matthew Cronin is a staff attorney in the Washington, DC, office of BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Cronin assists clients in the financial services industry, primarily in litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters. Mr. Cronin provides litigation support and manages large scale document reviews and productions related to complex litigation.
Mr. Cronin received his J.D. from Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law in 2008, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Penn State International Law Review. During law school, Mr. Cronin clerked for The Honorable Anna Blackburne-Rigsby of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and The Honorable Robert H. Cleland of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Before attending law school, he served as legislative assistant to then-Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, Senator Richard C. Shelby. Mr. Cronin received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2001 .
