Melissa Klimkiewicz is an associate at BuckleySandler LLP. Ms. Klimkiewicz's practice focuses on representing financial services industry clients with respect to federal and state regulatory and compliance matters, as well as in private litigation. Ms. Klimkiewicz’s practice has a special focus on the Federal Housing Administration's (FHA) mortgage insurance program - including representing clients before HUD in connection with approval, program administration, and enforcement issues.
Prior to joining BuckleySandler, Ms. Klimkiewicz was an associate at Howrey LLP. While attending law school, she was a law clerk at BuckleySandler LLP.
Ms. Klimkiewicz received a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, with honors, where she was an Articles Editor for The George Washington Law Review. She received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude).
