Michelle L. Rogers is an associate in the Washington, DC, office of BuckleySandler LLP. Ms. Rogers represents clients in federal and state enforcement agency investigations and litigation, as well as in private civil and class action litigation and corporate internal investigations. She has represented a variety of financial institutions and insurers in investigations by the Department of Justice, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the FDIC, the Federal Reserve and state attorneys general, as well as in private class action litigation concerning the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Civil Rights Act, and unfair and deceptive trade practices statutes.

Ms. Rogers was an Articles Editor for the Administrate Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, where she won four national Best Oralist awards. Ms. Rogers received a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 2005 (summa cum laude, Order of the Coif) and a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College in 2001 (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
