Richard J. Sahatjian

Richard J. Sahatjian is an associate in the Los Angeles office of BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Sahatjian represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including government enforcement agency investigations and litigation, and private civil and class action litigation concerning unfair and deceptive trade practices statutes, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and the Civil Rights Act.
Before joining BuckleySandler, Mr. Sahatjian was a judicial extern for the Honorable Oliver Wanger, United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to that, he worked as a paralegal at the United States Department of Justice in the Office of the Solicitor General and as a legislative intern for United States Representative George Radanovich. Mr. Sahatjian received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2007 and his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2003 (cum laude).
