Thomas Dowell is an associate at BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Dowell works with financial institutions, financial services companies, mortgage companies, banks, securities broker-dealers, and other financial services providers regarding federal and state regulation.

While in law school, Mr. Dowell was the Executive Editor of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. He is also the author of As Congress Responds to Higher Gasoline Prices: Is Tougher Merger Enforcement Really the Answer, ABA Antitrust Section Econ. Comm. Newsletter, Fall 2007, at 8.

Mr. Dowell received his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 2008, and his B.A. from Tulane University in 2005 (magna cum laude).
