- Docket No. 1:08-CV-00062
Ongoing representation of Wells Fargo in lawsuit brought by Baltimore City alleging “reverse redlining” under the FHA on the theory that Defendants offered African-American borrowers subprime loans at higher costs than their similarly situated Caucasian counterparts, which, in turn, triggered a disparate amount of foreclosures in the City’s predominately African-American neighborhoods, thereby reducing city revenues and increasing city costs. Case was dismissed twice but has been refiled.
