As lead trial counsel, argued and won 13 substantive motions in a row in a putative class action arising from an alleged consumer privacy breach.  Successfully dismissed 7 of the 9 counts of the Complaint on precedent-setting grounds.  See 594 F. Supp. 2d 710 (E.D. La. 2009).
