Represented plaintiff in lawsuit alleging that the Arizona and Nevada Attorneys General violated its due process rights by (1) retaining outside counsel that was simultaneously representing a party in matters adverse to plaintiff; (2) retaining outside counsel on a contingency fee basis, giving outside counsel a pecuniary interest in the outcome of the investigation; and (3) retaining outside counsel in a manner prohibited by state law.
