BuckleySandler attorneys have extensive experience working with state mortgage regulators as a result of our frequent interaction with the states on behalf of our clients in the mortgage industry. Our licensing projects consist predominately of securing federal and state approvals and licenses, including approvals for new corporate and branch licenses, amendments corporate structure, changes of control, changes of management, and changes of location.
