Caroline K. Eisner is an associate in the New York office of BuckleySandler LLP. Ms. Eisner represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of enforcement and litigation matters.
Prior to joining BuckleySandler, Ms. Eisner was a litigation associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, where her practice involved complex federal and state securities litigation matters.
Ms. Eisner received her J.D. from Columbia University in 2011, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. During law school, she served as Executive Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude) in 2005.
