Daniel J. Ladd

Biography

Daniel Ladd is an associate at BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Ladd works with a variety of financial services clients, including banks, mortgage companies, commercial lenders, and securities broker-dealers. Mr. Ladd's practice focuses primarily on state law issues relating to licensing, fees, disclosures, marketing and advertising, and examinations.

While attending law school, Mr. Ladd was a law clerk at BuckleySandler LLP.

Mr. Ladd received his J.D. from American University in 2008 and his B.A. from the University of California at San Diego in 2004.
