Elizabeth Bailey is an associate in the Washington, DC, office of BuckleySandler LLP.  Ms. Bailey represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of enforcement and litigation matters, including matters relating to lender placed insurance, white collar, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulation.  Ms. Bailey is also an active participant in the firm’s pro bono program.

Prior to joining BuckleySandler, Ms. Bailey was an Alternative Dispute Resolution law clerk in private practice. Following law school, Ms. Bailey clerked for the Honorable James Lawrence King of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bailey worked in the personal office of a U.S. Senator as Director of Grants and Special Projects.

Ms. Bailey received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2012, where she served as Assistant Managing Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights–Civil Liberties Law Review. She received her A.B. from Princeton University (magna cum laude) in 2004.
