Katherine L. Halliday is an associate in the Washington, DC, office of BuckleySandler LLP. Ms. Halliday represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions and government enforcement matters.

Prior to joining BuckleySandler, Ms. Halliday clerked for the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.  Before her clerkship, she was a litigation associate for an AmLaw 100 firm, assisting with commercial litigation, criminal investigations, and pro bono matters.

Ms. Halliday received her J.D. from George Washington University (with Highest Honors, Order of the Coif) in 2008. During law school, she was Notes Editor of The George Washington Law Review. Ms. Halliday received her A.B. from Duke University in 2004.
